A results-oriented, self-motivated communicator with more than a decade of related experience, Sarah Hofstetter is proficient in all facets of corporate communications including product launches, media relations, investor relations and crisis communications, with a particular focus on technology and telecommunications. Ms. Hofstetter also has a solid grasp of public equity markets, enabling an integrated financial/marketing approach to investor and public relations. Over the course of her career, she worked for several high-profile high-technology firms in a variety of PR and marketing roles. Her prior work in journalism including editing for The New York Times Syndicate provides a clearer understanding of the media's needs.

Before starting Kayak, Ms. Hofstetter managed all aspects of public, investor and analyst relations and corporate marketing for Net2Phone (NASDAQ: NTOP) as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications, aggregating the company's messaging across all target markets. Prior to her experience at Net2Phone, Ms. Hofstetter managed the public and analyst relations for IDT (NYSE: IDT), a Fortune 1000 telecommunications provider. Ms. Hofstetter has spoken at numerous national conferences and seminars in the telecommunications, cable and technology sectors. A frequent contributing writer to trade magazines, Ms. Hofstetter is quoted frequently in leading publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune and San Jose Mercury News and has sat on many trade editorial advisory boards. She was a founding board member and Vice Chairman of the International Voice over IP Council (now part of the IPCC).
